You start with a real workspace, install the app on a PC, and use the dashboard on your data. When billing is on, Stripe charges the price in your product catalog—amounts on this page are plain-English guideposts.
Starter
About $59 / month (per workspace) — your Microsoft or backup vendor licenses stay with you.
Ongoing read on the basics: device health, Wi‑Fi signal where available, and Microsoft 365 posture when you connect it.
Includes
- myTechTeam app on Windows PCs (macOS in roadmap for broader shops)
- Dashboard, computers list, and office wellness blend from what we can measure
- Ask in plain English, grounded in your workspace data and settings (not a generic help bot)
- Email magic-link sign-in and workspace roles (owner, admin, member)
- Approvals and automation log (what you approved, and proof when a run completed)
Not included
- 24×7 human SOC or guaranteed incident response — we surface issues for you; your MSP or we can go deeper in higher tiers and services
- We do not resell or bundle third-party EDR, backup, or M365; we may detect common agents when the endpoint reports them, and you confirm policy
Pro
About $119 / month (per workspace) — for teams with more devices and more moving parts.
Everything in Starter, with room to grow: more headroom for devices, busier automations, and faster prioritization in the app.

- FOSS and vendor API integrations (Huntress, RMM, etc.) are on the roadmap—configure price and entitlements in Stripe when you enable them

Create a workspace, sign in, and run a real read on your devices. We only promise what we can back with your data and what you connect (like Microsoft 365, when you turn it on).
Coverage and detection: we combine agent data (vitals, best-effort software hints on Windows) with what you connect and what you tell us in Ask—so we can support you without over-claiming. Third-party EDR, backup, and M365 are still governed by your licenses and admin consoles; we help you see the picture, not replace your vendors.
